Technical Engine Misfire CFN619 COIL FITTING NOTE
Tips--- Please ensure coil harness terminal pins are not damaged or opened up.
Ensure plug holes are free of oil & water contamination. ECU fault codes may need to be cleared to re-enable the injector operation for the cylinder that has had misfire. Check HT leads & Replace if necessary. The cars fitted with this coil pack are very susceptible to ECU failure due to a faulty coil pack; this does not always show up straight away, if the car runs badly or keeps setting spurious fault codes after coil replacement. The engine ECU may have been damaged by the old coil.
