Im sure most are aware that Honda's need regular tappet adjustments to stay running smooth, but I did see someone scratch there head over this fault so thought I would explain a little.
This is very important on CRV B20 engines ( 2.0l petrol) and if they are not regularly adjusted this can put the EML on.
Here are the settings and diagram.

Inlet valve      mm:0,08-0,12 cold
Exhaust valve  mm:0,16-0,20 cold

Simple fix
